Guidelines for Direct Mail Postcard Design

1. Style	Choose a style, and indicate vertical or horizontal format. Each style includes 1 color photo on the front side and black text on the back side. (see prices for available styles.)
2. Quantity	Check quantity to be printed. It is more economical to order additional postcards with initial order.
3. Message	Clearly write or type the message for the back side of the postcard -- we will design.
4. Rough Sketch	Include a rough sketch, if you have specific ideas, for us to use as a guideline.
5. Logo/Artwork	Enclose your logo art. Artwork must be provided on a disk or emailed in .eps format. You can also send us a black on white logo slick with no screens.
6. Photo	Enclose a high-resolution digital file, photo, transparency, slide or print. We cannot accept color negatives or color separations. Your photo will be sized proportionately to the postcard style you select. If it is necessary to crop your photo to fit format, please indicate image area to be reproduced. All photos will be trimmed 1/16^th due to the printing process.
7. Proof Read	You will receive a fax proof. Please read it carefully. Fax back any corrections immediately. We will fax a final corrected proof for your approval. Please sign, date and fax this final copy back to us.
8. Payment	All orders must include a 50% deposit. Balance due with final approval prior to printing - including delivery and sales tax, if applicable. No cancellation after order is confirmed.
