Check quantity to be printed. It is more economical to order additional postcards with initial order. |

Clearly write or type the message for the back side of the postcard -- we will design. |

ROUGH SKETCH
Include a rough sketch, if you have specific ideas, for us to use as a guideline. |

LOGO/ARTWORK
Logo art must be provided as high-resolution digital image or vector file. |

PHOTO
Provide a high-resolution digital file or photo hard copy, or we can help you find the perfect stock photo.
Your photo will be sized proportionately to the postcard style you select. If it is necessary to crop your photo to fit format, please indicate image area to be reproduced. All photos will be trimmed 1/16th due to the printing process. |

PROOF READ
You will receive a PDF proof. Please review and read it carefully. Fax back any corrections immediately. We will email a final corrected proof for your approval. Please sign, date and fax this final copy back to us. |

PAYMENT
All orders must include a 50% deposit. Balance due with final approval prior to printing - including delivery and sales tax, if applicable. No cancellation after order is confirmed. |
